This is Colbergcoffee

Colbergcoffee is a family business. Samuel is in charge of green coffee selection and roast quality, Zuzanna runs our café and our social media, and Estera creates our visual identity.

We started in January 2018 with the Kołobrzeg Blend. Interest from cafés, restaurants and hotels in the first months pushed us to expand our roasting capacity. In 2019 we created our flagship Captain’s Blend, which is now used by cafés, restaurants and offices in Poland and elsewhere in Europe. Over time we added single origin and specialty coffees to our range.

In 2021 we opened our first café and coffee shop in Kołobrzeg (historically Colberg). Our team keeps growing with people who care about coffee and share the values Colbergcoffee was built on. We have trained with respected specialists: Błażej Walczykiewicz of Coffee Support in barista skills and sensory analysis, and Raf Młodzianowski in coffee roasting and green coffee. Today, with more than a decade of experience, we support cafés, restaurants and hotels with coffee, equipment and know-how. We are also a distributor of espresso machines from well-known brands.

Why Colberg

Colberg is the historical German name of Kołobrzeg, used for hundreds of years. For us it stands for our connection with the town and the region. We wanted the brand to be linked with Kołobrzeg, its seaside climate and its character, from the first glance. We roast our coffee a few minutes from the Baltic Sea, and our café is in the old town.

How we roast

We choose our green coffee carefully, mostly Arabica. We use a slow roasting method, which lets each coffee show its full character. A traditional drum roaster is the heart of our roastery, and every batch gets individual attention. After roasting, the beans are cooled to keep their best qualities. The result is blends with a clear, distinctive flavour, and customers who stay with us for years.
