Our coffee is brewed on site at Ma Ma Cafe, Wojska Polskiego 16. It is a café with its own bakes that we fitted out from A to Z: a Nuova Simonelli espresso machine, a Eureka grinder, water filtration and team training. The grinder is filled with Captain’s Blend from our roastery: a dark roast with notes of walnut and dark chocolate and very low acidity.
