Captain’s Blend beans

This is a dark-roast coffee, which gives it a more intense flavour. It has plenty of walnut and dark chocolate in the aroma. It is aimed at people who need a strong wake-up, thanks to both its fairly high caffeine content and the intensity of its flavour. It works very well in places where milk drinks are the most popular order.

Captain’s Blend: a coffee for every job

A coffee for the home, office, restaurant and café. It performs in all of them. It brews very well in bean-to-cup machines, so it is an ideal candidate for your everyday coffee at home. Our customers often struggle with machines that produce unpleasantly sour coffee. Most of the time the cause is coffee ground too coarsely by the built-in grinder. Captain’s Blend works well even in those conditions and still gives a decent cup. In the office it adds energy and brews nicely in an office coffee machine. And in hospitality it holds up in most cases against distracted staff making small brewing mistakes. This coffee is a safe bet: the best whole bean coffee for home, office, café and restaurant.

The roastery

Since 2018, in our small-batch roastery, we have been selecting beans that meet specialty quality standards for you. We then roast them slowly, by hand, to the roast profile we want for each coffee. At the end of the process the bags are packed in a protective atmosphere, and then they are on their way to you.
