T3 technology

Keeps the machine’s temperature stable during extraction, so you get well-brewed espresso. It lets you choose three temperature settings: the group head, the group and the boiler.

• Smart Water technology available as an option

With this technology the machine can measure the basic water parameters, pH and total dissolved solids, and it also alerts you to changes in the incoming water.

SIS (Soft Infusion System)

A precise electronic pre-infusion control system that gives you high-quality espresso every time.

Pulse-Jet technology

This feature optimises extraction and brings out all the desirable qualities of the coffee. It gives the barista plenty of room to work: you can set the pulse frequency to improve the coffee’s profile, with complete freedom to build extraction profiles.
