The MRO2489C-800G uses a reverse osmosis membrane rated at 800GPD, which can filter up to 126 litres of water per hour. Filtration precision is 0.0001 μm, which removes contaminants such as:

The combination of the RO membrane and the PAC cartridge gives very pure water and improves its taste and smell. That makes the system a good fit for everyday use: drinking, cooking and making drinks.

Tankless design and compact size

The Midea filtration system uses tankless technology, meaning there is no storage tank. Water is filtered on demand, so you always get fresh water without storing it.

More economical filtration

The Midea system has a favourable ratio of clean water to reject water. According to the manufacturer, under optimal conditions 2 litres of filtered water are produced for about 1 litre of reject water, which significantly reduces water waste compared with traditional reverse osmosis systems.

This lowers water consumption and running costs. Note, however, that at very low mains pressure the amount of reject water may be higher.
