On a Kołobrzeg morning, when you can hear the waves and a light breeze hangs in the air, there is a moment when you can catch your breath.
That idea guided us when we were looking for the right flavour for this blend. To create Kołobrzeg Morning we used sweet Brazilian coffee from the Guaxupe region and gentle Colombian coffee from the Medellin region. Combining these beans and profiling them (roasting them the right way) removes most of the acidity in favour of sweetness and a gentle bitterness, woven together like sand brushed by a soft summer wave. Enough poetry… You will taste dark chocolate, nuts and baked biscuits. Sounds good? Then give it a try. Just be careful not to fall in love with a Kołobrzeg morning.
