SUZANN Golden Dragon Black Tea 100 g is a carefully selected black tea made from the youngest tea leaves. Full oxidation gives an intense amber infusion with a bold, slightly malty flavour and a well-rounded aroma.

About Golden Dragon

Golden Dragon is made from delicate young leaves that are fully oxidised. This process gives the tea its depth of flavour, pronounced aroma and characteristic colour in the cup. A good choice if you like black teas that are strong but balanced.

About the ingredients

Black tea has a rich flavour and aroma that come from the full oxidation of the leaves.

How to brew

Pour 250 ml of water at about 95°C over 4 g of tea. Steep for 3-4 minutes, depending on how strong you like it. The same leaves can be infused one to three times.

Brewing tips

Brew with very hot water to get the full flavour. Separate the leaves from the infusion once brewed to avoid excess bitterness. Filtered water helps, as does a teapot or infuser that gives the leaves room to unfurl.

Storage

Store the tea in a cool, dry place, away from moisture, sunlight and strong odours. Once opened, keep it in a tightly sealed pack so it stays fresh and keeps its aroma.
