Coffee
We roast in small batches 2-4 times a week at our roastery in the Kołobrzeg region, so your coffee reaches you a few days after roasting, not after months in a warehouse. We usually ship orders within 24 hours, and in 95% of cases the coffee reaches the customer within a day. The range covers more than forty coffees: single origins, espresso blends and low-acidity coffees.
How to choose in three steps
Brew method. Start with what you brew on: espresso machine, moka pot, bean-to-cup machine, filter or pour-over. Each brew method has its own category with the coffees that suit it.
Roast and flavour. Light roasts keep the acidity and origin aromas, so expect fruit, floral and tea-like notes. For espresso and moka pot we mostly roast medium to darker, with chocolate, nut and caramel notes.
Bag size and grind. Depending on the coffee, bags come in 200 g, 250 g, 500 g or 1 kg, as whole beans or ground to order for your brew method.
