Colbergcoffee is a specialty coffee roastery and online shop selling freshly roasted beans for espresso and filter brewing. We focus on selecting green coffee, precise roasting and fast shipping across Poland. Our range includes our own blends and single origin coffees, plus whole bean coffee, ground coffee, loose-leaf tea and accessories. If you want coffee with a clear flavour and clean notes, pick a profile that suits your equipment and brewing method.
Freshly roasted specialty coffee, for espresso and filter
Specialty coffee is a quality that starts on the farm and in processing, and ends in what you taste in the cup. That is why we roast in small batches and work hard to keep our profiles consistent. A family roastery since 2018, how we roast and pack
We have run Colbergcoffee as a family since 2018. Samuel is in charge of green coffee selection and roast profile, Zuzanna runs our café and brand communication, and Estera looks after our visual identity. We roast on a traditional drum roaster, controlling how the bean develops and the final flavour profile. After roasting, the coffee is cooled and sealed to keep the aroma with you until you open the bag. For light roast batches, we state the roast date on the product page.
