At Colbergcoffee we don’t sell just any coffee machine. We treat buying a professional espresso machine as a serious business decision, so from the first phone call to several months after opening, we stay involved to make sure the equipment actually earns you money instead of becoming a source of stress. We’re a premium distributor and we hold machines from the manufacturer in our own warehouse. We specialise in professional machines ready to work in your café, restaurant, patisserie, breakfast spot, bistro, bar or hotel.
1. First contact: we start with a conversation
You call, email or message us. Maybe you ask for a machine recommendation, or what actually pays off for your venue, or you simply say: “I want good equipment and your coffee.” We set a specific time to talk, whether that’s a phone call, a video call, or a meeting in person, either at your venue or here at ours in Kołobrzeg if you’re nearby.

2. A detailed interview: we ask about everything that matters
Our equipment specialist sits down with you, in person or on a screen, and asks the questions that actually help pick the right model instead of guessing. These come up most often:
- How many seats do you have inside, and how many outside?
- Where’s the venue: a seaside tourist spot, a city centre, a residential area, a busy footpath?
- How many coffees a day or month are you planning to make? If the venue’s already open, even better, showing us your coffee usage or receipt data tells us a lot.
- Traditional (portafilter) machine or bean-to-cup?
- Are you going for specialty coffee (where consistency and precision matter a lot) or a more classic, simpler offer? What kind of food and drink business is it?
- How experienced is your barista team, new hires or people who already know what they’re doing?
- How much actual space do you have on the bar (machine dimensions plus grinder plus a hot water boiler if you need one)?
- Do you have water and drainage close by? What’s the electrical setup: single-phase or three-phase, and how many amps?
- Budget: what can you realistically spend?
- Does colour, finish or design matter to you? Some models simply suit a particular interior better.
That tells us whether a solid two-group heat exchanger machine is enough, or whether you’d be better off with a dual boiler or multi-boiler machine, how many groups you actually need, and whether you’d be paying for capability you’ll never use.

3. We show you the options: catalogues, photos, and ideally the machines themselves
At the meeting, or shortly after, we show you the models that fit your situation. We often taste coffee from our own roastery together, and clients frequently taste it and say straight away: that’s the one I want in my venue. After the conversation we put together a summary plus a concrete quote covering:
- the recommended machines, with reasons why that one and not another,
- a matching grinder,
- water filtration,
- barista accessories,
- sometimes a hot water boiler, an ice machine, and so on.
We always give you 2-3 options, because sometimes you don’t need the strongest model on the market for 120,000 zł when you’re just starting out. It can make more sense to go a bit lighter on the machine and put the rest of the budget into a financial cushion, marketing or nicer decor, without the coffee quality suffering at all.
4. Reviewing the offer: we follow up after 4-7 days
We call or write to talk through what you like, what to change, what needs pinning down. We check availability too: whether a given model is sitting in our warehouse ready to go, or whether it needs 6-7 weeks to be built to order.
The full package: you don’t have to hunt down each piece yourself
Alongside the machine we source and price:
- a grinder that won’t become the bottleneck,
- a water filtration system, essential if you don’t want the machine to fail within a year,
- all the barista accessories you need,
- a hot water boiler, an ice machine and so on, so your bar is complete and ready to work from day one.
5. Financing the machine: tailored to you
Cash, leasing (we help fill in the application and check the terms), instalments over as many months as you need. We arrange everything so it doesn’t tie up your cash flow.

6. Delivery, installation and calibration
We arrange a date, come out, unpack, install the machine, connect the filtration, and calibrate the whole setup for the coffee you’ve chosen (dialling in the grinder and the machine exactly to the taste you want). It’s ready to brew and sell from that moment.

7. Training your barista team: hands-on, no nonsense
We show your team live: how to operate the machine, how to brew, how to make milk drinks, how to do basic upkeep, so nobody has to feel embarrassed in front of the first customers.
8. Support after launch: we’re a phone call away
During the 12-month warranty we handle full warranty servicing plus regular check-ups (most people forget about these, but they’re exactly what keeps a machine running trouble-free for 8-10 years). After the warranty ends, we still pick up the phone: if something’s off, the taste has changed, or you need an adjustment, you call, and we either talk you through it or come out. On top of that, if you want, we can help design your whole bar, streamline queues in the busy season, or support you around an opening or a change to your coffee menu.

We don’t treat you as a buy-it-and-forget-it customer. We’re here so your machine, and your coffee, give you peace of mind and keep earning for years, without a breakdown on a Saturday at 11:30 in peak season.
Want to talk about your venue? Email us at b2b@colbergcoffee.pl or call +48 883 239 480, and we’ll run a quick assessment and tell you straight what’s actually worth it.
FAQ: buying an espresso machine for a café, restaurant, bistro or patisserie
How long does buying and setting up a machine take?
Usually anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on stock availability and the installation date. If the model is in stock, we move very fast. If it has to be ordered from the manufacturer, lead time is typically around 6-7 weeks.
Will you help pick a machine that fits my budget and where my venue is at?
Yes. We always show you a few options and explain the differences. Sometimes it doesn’t make sense to buy the strongest machine on the market when you’re starting out. It’s often better to pick equipment that delivers the quality and speed you need, and put the rest of the budget into design, your team, or a financial cushion.
Does the package include installation, calibration and staff training?
Yes. We come out, install the machine, fit the filtration, and calibrate the whole setup, grinder and machine together, for your coffee. On top of that we run hands-on training: operation, brewing, working with milk and basic upkeep, so everything runs confidently from day one.
What does service and support look like after I buy?
We stay in regular contact and provide real support once your venue is up and running. We help with day-to-day questions, adjusting settings, and choosing coffee and a grinder. If something breaks down, we arrange fast service to keep downtime as short as possible.
